Sr. Director, Partnership Strategy, The T1 Agency

A Mexican national with a background in financial modeling, he is now a sponsorship consultant and a and valuation expert with experience across large sports, esports, and entertainment properties in North America. Jorge is a McGill MBA graduate and former soccer player with the Redbirds, he worked as the Canadian lead on the Global Insights team at Wasserman, where he helped build proprietary measurement tools and insight-based strategy models for the agency. Most recently he was the Executive Director Brand Management and Marketing at Cineplex, where he led the esports and gaming divisions. Since joining T1, Jorge has been instrumental in the continued development and expansion of the consulting team. Through increased customization of offerings, his focused effort on maximizing impact has led to long-term sustainable growth and scalability for T1’s clients
