BDC Seed Venture Fund

Daniel is an Associate Principal at BDC’s Seed Venture Fund, where he invests in early-stage tech startups. Prior to this, he was an AI/ML researcher and portfolio manager at Bayxis Capital, co-founded KalsaPay, and was a founding team member at Framework Venture Partners. He has also held roles in UI/UX design, enterprise sales, and GTM and performance marketing. Originally from Venezuela, Daniel holds a BBA (Honours) from the University of Guelph, is a CFA charterholder, and has studied at Harvard University. Outside of work, he enjoys playing music, tinkering with AI/ML projects, and volunteering with the CFA Society Toronto.
