Prior to joining VMS Ventures, Karl was the Managing Director of Verstra Ventures- an affiliate of Constellation Software’s Volaris group. Verstra invested in early stage B2B software companies. Karl also spent eight years as the Chief Strategy Officer at Volaris, an operating group of Constellation Software. In this role, Karl provided consulting and training to help companies grow and maximize their performance. Karl has a master’s degree in computer engineering from the University of Toronto and an MBA from London Business School.
