Noah is a Vice President with First Ascent Ventures and is based in Toronto. Noah leads investment sourcing efforts on behalf of the fund and spearheads due diligence efforts on new investments. He has sourced multiple investments for the fund across Canada and the U.S. Noah joined the fund in 2019 and has played an integral role in supporting various First Ascent portfolio companies. Noah currently serves as a board observer on Andgo Systems, ThinkData, Potloc, and Darwin CX working closely with their management teams on finance and fundraising strategies. Additionally, he was an embedded member of the transaction team that closed the Upchain sale to Autodesk in May 2021.
