Ultimate Women in Tech Experience Terms & Conditions

This contest is open to Canadian residents aged 18 years+. Entry into the contest is contingent on entrants having purchased a General Admission or Startup pass to Elevate Festival 2024 (“the event”) between the dates of  Tuesday, September 10, 2024 to Friday, September 20, 2024, using one of the contest promotion codes. A draw will take place on Monday, September 23 to identify 50 winners (“the Winners”) that will earn the prizes identified as A-C below, with a second draw taking place on the same date for 15 of those winners (“the Bonus Prize Winners”) also qualifying to win prize identified as section  D.

Prize includes the following:

A. Access to Meet and Greet Book Signings with Kara Swisher (October 2, 2024 at Meridian Hall) and Tegan and Sara (October 3, 2024 at Meridian Hall)

B. Skip the line access to the official Elevate Festival after-party, hosted by OneEleven and taking place in the abandoned Lower Bay TTC subway station taking place on Thursday, Oct 3 from 5-9pm. the Winners names will be placed on a guestlist and must arrive before 7pm in order to be eligible for guaranteed access to the event.

C. 1 ticket to Roadmap to Billions (Sept 29 – 30), a Toronto tech conference built to showcase the brilliance of Black Women in Tech. A promo code will be provided for redeeming tickets.

D. 1-year membership for TOAST, a membership portal to help women in tech find mentorship, support, and growth opportunities. A promotion code will be shared with winners following the event.

E. BONUS PRIZE: A chance to be one of 1 of 15 people who get their pass upgraded to a Trailblazer pass

The 50 Winners including the 15 Bonus Prize Winners will be notified by email on Tuesday, September 24, 2024 of the prize with complete instructions and details on how to redeem the prizes. The Winner will have until Friday, September 27, 2024 to respond to the email, otherwise the prize will become null and void. For questions please contact [email protected].

Entrants agrees that Elevate may disclose their name to the representatives of Kara Swisher and Tegan and Sara. Elevate and it’s partners have the right to deny the prize to entrants for any purpose. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants, other than the information to be released publicly as detailed above, will not be released without the entrant’s prior content. Limit one submission per email address.
