Esosa Ighodaro-Johnson is the co-founder of Black Women Talk Tech, the largest collective of Black women tech founders, supporting over 50,000 entrepreneurs globally. She co-leads business strategy, and in 2023, launched AcceleratorCON, the largest U.S. accelerator event. With 15+ years of experience in entrepreneurship and corporate roles, Esosa has been recognized by Entrepreneur Magazine and others. She holds a B.S. in Finance from Temple University and lives in Puerto Rico with her family.
