As Senior Director, Planning and Implementation, Judith helps the Catalyst team deliver exceptional programs, grow partnerships, and scale operations while maintaining its culture. Before joining the Catalyst, she founded a consulting firm advising on policy, strategic planning, and stakeholder engagement across cybersecurity, fintech, talent development, and environmental sectors. Judith also spent over a decade as a policy leader with the Government of Ontario in economic development.
