While doing fractional work with multiple start ups, Julian was asked to help place sales and marketing talent as an external hiring partner.

Convinced that agencies could get 10x as much work done with a fraction of the resources, Julian had seen enough to pivot from growth marketer to founder in the recruiter tech space.
