Karamdeep has 15+ years of experience in software development and investing, specializing in B2B software and emerging technologies. Since joining Inovia in 2010, he has driven venture-stage investments in the Toronto/K-W regions and shaped the firm’s Discovery strategy. He serves on the boards of Clearco, Fellow, and Vidyard. Karam holds an MBA from Ivey and a Bachelor’s in Math and Computer Science from the University of Waterloo.
