Petar is a Managing Director and Head of Technology Investment Banking for Canada for Stifel. Mr. Zelic has over 15 years of capital markets experience across a number of large Canadian and international banks.
Petar has advised on numerous merger and acquisition, IPO and private placement transactions for Canadian technology companies, both public and private. Petar’s first career was as a software engineer which allows him to form a deeper appreciation for the entrepreneurs he supports.
