Ramesh Mantha is Senior VP of Product Management at Rakuten Kobo, where he leads the product, UX, and hardware teams, focused on elevating the experience of digital reading. Ramesh previously invented core elements of 3G and 5G wireless at SOMA Networks, developed smartphones at Blackberry and re-imagined mobile computing as co-founder at Neptune. Ramesh holds Bachelors and Masters degrees in Electrical Engineering from the University of Waterloo and the University of Toronto respectively.
