With a decade at Hatch managing large projects, she founded the Sonia Sennik Resilience Fund at McMaster University, the largest multi-donor endowment in its history. Named Canada’s Top 40 Under 40, she serves on the board of Futurpreneur Canada, and was former coach of the Senior Women’s Rugby Ontario team.
