Kyla Alsbury-Nealy is a Co-Founder and the Chief Operating Officer of SilicoLabs. Kyla is a physical therapist with 10 years of clinical experience and obtained her PhD in Rehabilitation Sciences from the University of Toronto. Kyla is passionate about bringing the real-world into the lab using extended reality (XR) technology and AI to generate research findings that improve the health and well-being of people everywhere.
