A passionate change maker, who has enabled KHP to operate as a 35-year-old start up and grow by 250 per cent, Kathy is deeply committed to ensuring the organization will always be open, providing a safe and trusted place for all young people to Feel Out Loud in any moment of crisis or need. Kathy has impacted change and growth throughout her 20+ years of exceptional service in senior leadership roles in the not-for-profit sector. Prior to this, Kathy enjoy a successful career in financial services.
