Distributed Work isn't Anti-Office: How Atlassian Modernized its Real Estate Approach

Many organizations are grappling with a big line item on their balance sheets – real estate. While trying to figure out how to make the best use of that investment, many leaders end up falling into one of two camps: mandating office attendance, or closing their offices altogether. Atlassian’s Annie Dean has proven that a happy medium exists – and can make financial sense. Atlassian allows employees to choose where they work, and maintains 11 global, well-attended offices. This keynote will share pragmatic guidance on how leaders can apply three new real estate metrics to assess their own office ROI and drive operational efficiency, while still providing employees with a cost-efficient place to collaborate and connect.
