Bert has worked in accessibility for over 17 years, helping accommodate employees with disabilities, establishing TD’s technology accessibility standards and working with our businesses to improve the accessibility of our products and services. Most recently, Bert has joined Digital’s Human Centered Design team where he leads a group of accessibility coaches working to ensure our websites and mobile apps are not just accessible but deliver a great user experience for all our customers.
