As the Senior Vice President, Sustainability and Corporate Citizenship, Janice leads TD’s Environment, Social and Governance (ESG) and Corporate Citizenship strategy and works closely with business leaders inside and outside the bank to help build a more inclusive and sustainable tomorrow.
Janice joined TD in 2011 and has held progressively senior roles within Wealth, Personal Banking, and Insurance. Prior to joining TD, Janice held leadership positions at the Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan and global consulting firm McKinsey & Company.
She earned her MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University in Evanston, a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Queen’s University and is a CPA, CA.
