Pay Transparency: Building Lasting Companies and Fueling Performance

In March 2023, Michel Falcon did something that his entrepreneurial peers told him not to do; he shared a document with his dozens of restaurant employees revealing what everyone earned, including his pay. During this presentation, Michel will share why full transparency is at the core of every lasting company, how it fuels performance, and the value his company, Brasa Peruvian Kitchen, has experienced.
