Food Writer and TV & Radio Host

Pay Chen is a seasoned TV and radio host, and food and travel writer who appears regularly on television as a Food and Lifestyle Expert. Raised in Nova Scotia and based in Toronto, Pay has over 20 years of experience in the media industry as a writer, producer and host. She has been a guest judge on Iron Chef Canada for the Food Network and is a regular contributor to a variety of lifestyle programs. A freelance food and travel writer, Pay also co-created her own chili miso condiment called Sacha-ish, with the popular Toronto-based company; Zing.
