Dr. Sarah Saska is the CEO of Feminuity, a global strategy firm partnering with startups through Fortune 500 companies to design inclusive products and company cultures. Before launching Feminuity, Sarah spearheaded groundbreaking doctoral research that spotlighted the urgent need for ethical, equitable design in emerging technologies and innovations. In addition to steering Feminuity, she lends her expertise as an advisor to NASA’s Astrophysics Division, where she critically evaluates the inclusivity efforts embedded in emerging scientific proposals. Sarah’s contributions to her field haven’t gone unnoticed; she’s earned a spot on the Women’s Executive Network’s Top 100 Most Powerful Women in Canada list multiple times—in 2015, 2017, and 2021. She was recently honoured as one of The Bay Street Bull’s Women of the Year for 2022. Sarah is an in-demand TEDx speaker and has been featured in prominent media outlets like CBC’s The National and Fast Company for her straightforward and actionable approach to the work.
