As Vice-President, Corporate Affairs and CSR for Cisco Canada, Willa Black is responsible for strategies to drive Cisco’s brand relevance and transformational impact. She leads CSR programming with a focus on Education and Healthcare, building strategic partnerships and reinforcing the company’s commitment to social innovation working with governments, non-governmental organizations, and communities across Canada.

In 2018 Black was awarded the Meritorious Service Medal by the Governor General for outstanding service to Canada. She was the recipient of the 2018 Women in Communications and Technology Leadership Excellence Award for Innovator of the Year; the 2015 Canadian Council for Aboriginal Business Award for Excellence in Aboriginal Relations; the 2015 Federated Press Woman of the Year; the 2015 Canadian Board Diversity Council’s Diversity 50; and was named as one of Canada’s Top 25 Women of Influence in 2011.
